PAIA & POPIA
This page provides general information about requesting access to records and raising privacy-related requests with BMH Digital under South African law.
1. PAIA requests
A person may request access to records held by a private body, subject to the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”), including any applicable grounds of refusal, process requirements and fees where relevant.
2. POPIA requests
Where applicable, a data subject may also request access to, correction of or objection to the processing of personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPIA”), subject to the relevant legal requirements and limitations.
3. How to submit a request

- your full name and contact details;
- enough detail to identify the record or information requested;
- the legal basis for the request where relevant;
- any supporting information needed to verify identity or authority.
